EPE-PEMC 2006 REGISTRATION

EPE-PEMC 2006 registration is now opened. Registration process will be handled by ALBATROS.

You can register for conference on following ways:

1. Online Registration (Strongly Recommended)

The registration fee includes the admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, the welcome party and the conference gala dinner.

In order to be published each accepted paper should have at least one registration paid. The registration fee is due by June 10. If no payment is received, the paper will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

* Reduced fee applies for the authors with papers from countries with money difficulties and is under conference general chair discretion. Apply by e-mailing the request to conference secretariat (epe-pemc2006@uni-mb.si) before final paper due 26 May. If allowed a single-use voucher number will be e-mailed to you. It will enable you to register at the reduced rate (you have to write it down by the reduced fee rate if  register via Fax).

** Student fee includes the admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and the welcome party. The conference gala dinner admission fee is not included. It could be purchased separately.

**** Special fee for accompanying persons covers admission to all social events and lunches and a tour to Sečovlje Salina Nature Park.

Please note that:

• All fees and other additional payments include VAT.

• The registration fee is due by June 10. If no payment is received, the paper will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

• The full registration fee entitles a presentation of one paper only. Each additional paper incurs an additional fee shown in amount of 150 EUR per paper.

Cancellations

All requests for refunds must be received in writing, by Friday, July 28, 2006. There will be 80 EUR charge for processing a refund. There will be no refunds after July 28, 2006. Refunds will be paid in EUR (€) only after the conference.
