conference organizing committee has reserved blocks of rooms at
discount rates for all participants and accompanying persons.
You

Conference
participants are advised to reserve hotel rooms well in advance, as
rooms cannot be guaranteed after June 30, 2006. All
reservations will be handled on a first come, first served basis,
after June 30, 2006, upon availability.

Prices are in EUR per day
and per room including buffet breakfast and VAT. Tourist Tax (1,01
EUR) is not included. Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel
when checking out.
The
price is valid per person based on two people sharing a double room.
The children under 12 years have 30% discount.
The
price is per apartment per day and includes VAT. Up to 4 people can
be accommodated in the apartment. A very limited
number of apartments is available.
A
limited capacity of low cost off site accommodation (private
rooms) is also available. If interested send the e-mailed request to

Cancellation
policy
Accommodation
can be booked by credit card only. After getting your credit card
information you will receive a hotel confirmation. All cancellations
must be sent in writing to the ALBATROS. Cancellations received
before August 1, 2006 are free of charge. The hotel reserves the
right in case of late cancellation and no-show to charge your credit
card for 1 night room rate.
TRANSFER
from airports to conference venue
If
there will be enough interest the transfer from airports (Airport
Ljubljana Brnik and Airport Ronchi Trieste) will be organized for
conference participants. The prices depend on the number of people
and are as follows:
Price
- Airport Ljubljana Brnik to Portorož for one way (payment directly
to the driver): 1-3 persons in a car: 130 EUR / car, 4-7 persons in a
van: 170 EUR/van, more than 15 persons: 25 EUR/person
Price
- Airport Ronchi (Trieste, Italy) to Portorož for one way (payment
directly to the driver): 1-3 persons in a car: 90 EUR / car, 4-7
persons in a van: 120 EUR / van, more than 15 persons: 15 EUR /
person
