Visa information

All conference participants are strongly encouraged to review current passport and visa requirements. All information can be found on the web page of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Slovenia VISA website under the embassies, missions and consulates, the list of the states whose citizens do not need visas to enter the Republic of Slovenia can be found here.

If you have a Schengen visa type C of one of the states under the Schengen agreement, whose validity on the day of the entry into Slovenia exceeds 15 days you are not required to obtain a visa to enter and stay in the Republic of Slovenia for no more than 15 days.

If you need a visa, you must have your own invitation letter from EPE-PEMC 2006 Secretariat to apply for a visa.

EPE-PEMC 2006 visa-invitation policy: The invitation letter will be sent only to the authors or co-authors of the submitted papers. You must first register for the conference and then email epe-pemc2006@uni-mb.si requesting an invitation letter. You will be contacted by our staff and then you will be assisted through the process.

Because application for a visa can be a lengthy process, it is recommended that you start your visa application process early: 90 to 120 days prior to the conference.
