Submission:

Paper Submissions: Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit their manuscript in the form of full paper allotted 6 Proceedings pages.
Special Session Proposals: Proposals are sought from those whishing to organize a special session. A special session consists of six papers, which should present a unifying theme from a diversity of viewpoints.
Tutorial Proposals: The Conference Committee intends to arrange tutorials to be held prior to the Conference, and soliccits proposals for appropriate subjects.
Language: The official language of the conference is English, both for the publications as well as for the oral presentation.
Submission Instructions: Papers should adhere to the standard IEEE double-column format for conferences. The following style files and templates are available for preparing the paper:

for authors using LaTeX 2e, please download instructions with correct top margin paper size: LaTeX.zip and BibTeX.zip files or see the PDF,

for authors using MS Word, please downolad: DOC file or see the PDF.


The submission of papers, proposals for tutorials and special sessions should be electronically done through the EPE-PEMC 2006 web site web upload, where you can find detailed information on submission procedures. In case of any problems with the uploading system you can send the papers via official EPE-PEMC e-mail.
